(a) It is expected that every student will put in 100% attendance. In case of some unforeseen emergency, the parents are to apply for leave in time using SchoolPad App or writing an application. In case of prolonged illness, the written application must be supported by a Medical Certificate by competent authority.

(b) Leaves will be sanctioned by the Director only on the recommendation of the class teacher.

(c) If a student truants from the school for six days continuously in a month without any notice or leave application, his/her name will be struck off from the roll of the school and will be fined Rs 100/- to get reinstate along with a justification for his/her absence duly signed by his parents.

(d) No leaves will be sanctioned during exam days and on the days of school functions. In case of absence in exam days, neither exams will be rescheduled for absentees or nor weightage will be given in any subjects.

(e) A half-day leave is totally prohibited.

(f) Students are expected to attend at least 75% school meetings to earn eligibility for Annual/Board examination.
