WITHDRAWAL / EXPULSION RULES:

(a) One month’s notice in writing should be given by the parents before withdrawing their ward from the school, failing which the parent will have to pay the fees for the entire month. Students who leave in the month of May must pay the fees for the month of May and June. However, those who leave in the month of February must pay the fee for February and March.

(b) All dues of the school should be paid in full inclusive of school dues and transport dues (if any). Also, library books should be returned before applying for a Transfer Certificate. No school leaving certificate will be issued unless requested in writing by the parents and all dues are cleared.

(c) Any pupil failing two years in succession in the same class or failing twice in three consecutive years will have his/her name struck off the roll and will not continue in the school.

(d) The director reserves the right to expel a student who fails to make satisfactory progress in his/her studies or whose conduct is in any way, detrimental to the discipline of the institution, if his/her attendance is irregular, fees not paid on time, for immorality, insubordination or contempt, without prior notice to the parents.
