Fee Payment Rules
Fee Payment Rules
We do our best to ensure that no inconvenience is caused to the parents while paying their child’s fees. So, both counter payment at school and online payment options are available for parents. We also plan the fees in such a way that there are absolutely zero hidden costs. Also note that at our school, we do not accept any donations for the admission of a student.
The fees cover all aspects of your child’s education, except school transport, books and the uniform, which have to be paid separately. Tuition fees are collected on a quarterly basis at our school. Parents please ensure that the fees are paid by the 10th of the beginning of every quarter. If the 10th of month falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered as the last day for deposition of fees. A late charge will be levied on all students who pay their fees after the last date.
Given below see the breakup of our school quarters and the last date of payment:
Fees Rules:
Quarter | Months | Last Date for Payment |
---|---|---|
1st | April, May, June | 10 April |
2nd | July, August, September | 10 July |
3rd | October, November, December | 10 October |
4th | January, February, March | 10 January |
(a) Fee payment timings are from the 1st to the 10th of every quarter, between 9 am and 2 pm at the school office.
(b) After 10th of every month a fine of Rs. 100/- per day will be charged for late payment of tuition fee and transport fee separately. If the fee remains unpaid till 10th day of the next month, the name of the student will automatically be struck off the rolls and re-admission charge of Rs. 1000/- will have to be paid.
(c) Parents are strongly advised to pay their children’s fees in full and on time to avoid any inconvenience to themselves, their kids and the school. The students whose fees repeatedly fall into arrears will not be given attendance and are even liable to be debarred from terminal examinations until their dues are cleared.
(d) Those who are seeking admission in the mid-session shall have to pay the fees in full from the beginning of the session itself.
(e) Advance payment of fees will be accepted.
(f) No concession in fees is committed to siblings. If parents have only two daughters, 20% less will be given in tuition fees.
(g) Fees once deposited will not be refunded other than exceptional cases.
(h) If you need any clarifications about our school fee payment and structure, feel free to speak to officials in our Accounts Office during school hours.
